The Founding Story
mélange was founded by two Fresno natives who felt the need for more minimalist, clean eating and accessible options in Fresno. Our town is rapidly growing, yet there is still an unmet desire from our community for more quick-service eateries consisting of healthy foods that are suitable for every day eating, anytime throughout the day. The eclectic flavors we offer reflect our individuality. Our food content is curated from cross culturing flavors and preparations, which means we offer something to suite everyone’s palate. Just simple and straightforward ingredients done properly. Our country’s diversification is one of the main reasons on what makes us special and we are proud to express and share that in our cooking.

Everyday healthy affordable foods should be convenient, filling yet light and refreshing. And we know nutritious eating can be daunting, time consuming, and indecisive, this is why mélange was created to offer you a menu full of various flavors that you will never get tired of. Our Continuous Missions
we are always looking to give back as much as possible. As an eco-friendly establishment, we are positively impacting the world by not serving red meat and instead replacing with seafood and vegetables as main sources of proteins. By eliminating red meat from our menu, we are not only helping you eat healthier, but also reducing greenhouse gas emissions in our environment. All of our seafood items are purchased through reputable suppliers who only deal with sustainable farms that are certified with best aquaculture practices. We love and care for our Valley and are blessed to be surrounded by all of the beautiful agriculture. We source all of our produce from local vendors and independent farmers. Another constant mission of ours is to give back by collecting proceeds and a small percentage of our sales, for donating to various local charities, hospitals, and non-profit organizations.

our metric of success is simplified, just how we like it. Our philosophy for success is sustainability in all forms: earning steady revenues, providing our guests with fresh healthy eating, raising money for charities, and minimizing environmental damage.We work to grow, not compete. Our long-term success is directly tied to how well we serve our community, staying in a progressive state-of-mind, and how we support the world’s betterment.
